How It Works / Readiness Assessment
Layer I — Readiness Assessment

The foundation your
entire program is
built on.

Know exactly what to build, in what order, for what return — before a single agent is implemented.

What It Is

Map the full opportunity.
Before anything is built.

The Readiness Assessment is the engagement that produces your PRISM scorecard and AI roadmap. It is the foundation every subsequent engagement is built on. We don't begin an Activation engagement without one — because without a PRISM scorecard, there is no transparent basis for scoping, pricing, or sequencing the build.

The assessment runs across five structured workstreams over three to four weeks. It ends with a complete, prioritized picture of your AI opportunity — every candidate workflow scored, every dollar of projected ROI mapped, every readiness gap documented. You walk away with a document you can take to leadership, use to scope a budget, and hand to a developer.

Five Workstreams

Everything we learn. Everything you need.
Nothing assumed.

01
Issue Universe Mapping
We establish the full population of employee request types across IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, and Legal — with volume data, resolution patterns, and current channel distribution. This is the demand map that everything else is built on. We don't assume which workflows matter — we measure it. The output is a complete, ranked inventory of every issue type your employees bring to your support infrastructure, with frequency, resolution time, and current handling cost.
Output
Ranked issue inventory with volume data, resolution patterns, channel distribution, and estimated annual cost of current handling.
02
PRISM Feasibility Scoring
Every issue type in your inventory gets PRISM-scored. Agentic level, integration surface, data complexity, exception surface, process readiness — all five dimensions, for every candidate workflow. The scoring session runs live with you in the room. We score together, surface disagreements, and validate assumptions before they become scope problems. The output is a ranked inventory with complexity tier, estimated build effort, and integration requirements for every workflow you're considering.
Output
PRISM scorecard — every workflow scored, tiered, and priced. The direct input to your Activation scope.
03
Impact Assessment & Roadmap
We co-create the business case with you. Every in-scope workflow is mapped to a measurable outcome: ticket deflection rate, cost per resolution, headcount impact, employee experience score. The result is a phased AI roadmap — sequenced by ROI-to-complexity ratio — with projections your leadership can bring to a budget review. Phase 1 is designed for early wins that build internal confidence; subsequent phases expand systematically.
Output
Phased AI roadmap with ROI projections per workflow. Sequenced by impact-to-complexity ratio. Executive-ready.
04
Content & Data Readiness
We audit the knowledge base, process documentation, and system data required to support your priority workflows. Gaps are logged, sized, and scoped for remediation. If a Content & Data Fix Accelerator is warranted, you know before Activation begins — not mid-build when the gap surfaces as a change order. AI performs exactly as well as the content behind it; this workstream ensures that content is ready before we build on top of it.
Output
Content and data readiness audit. Gap log with sizing. Fix Accelerator recommendation if warranted.
05
Adoption, Governance & Security
We assess your organization's readiness to adopt AI — change velocity, stakeholder alignment, prior automation history, employee trust baseline. We review your governance and security posture against your planned integration surface. Both outputs feed directly into your Activation design and, if warranted, trigger a targeted Fix Accelerator. The CISO conversation is always coming; this workstream determines whether it arrives as a design conversation or a program-stopping review.
Output
Adoption readiness assessment. Governance and security posture review. Accelerator recommendation if warranted.
What You Walk Away With

Four deliverables.
Everything you need to proceed.

PRISM Scorecard
Every candidate workflow scored across five dimensions. Complexity tier, estimated build effort, integration requirements, and routing recommendation for each. The scorecard is the Activation scope document — no re-scoping, no assumptions.
AI Roadmap
Phased implementation plan sequenced by ROI-to-complexity ratio. Projected deflection rates, cost savings, and headcount impact for your leadership to act on. Designed to be presented to a CFO or board without translation.
Readiness Gap Log
Every gap across knowledge readiness, adoption readiness, and governance — sized and scoped for the relevant Fix Accelerator if applicable. No hidden dependencies. No surprises in build.
Activation Scope
The PRISM scorecard directly produces your Activation scope. The first Activation SOW is derived from the scorecard output — no additional scoping engagement required. You review and approve it before any build begins.

Pricing

The Readiness Assessment is fixed price, scoped to your organization's size and complexity. Pricing is confirmed after AIRO — the assessment gives us the context we need to scope accurately. We don't offer generic package pricing because scope varies. A 500-person company and a 2,000-person company with different system landscapes produce meaningfully different assessment scopes.
